Public Notice: Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Florence Mill Redevelopment
The Town of Forest City is seeking highly qualified real estate development firms with successful experience rehabilitating historic mills and collaborating with public entities to submit their qualifications for rehabilitating the historic Florence Mill in Forest City, North Carolina. This project represents a significant opportunity to rehabilitate and repurpose a key piece of our town’s heritage.
