The aim of the project is to construct the infrastructure needs for Phase I of the planned development. The project will provide all the necessary infrastructure for the first 31 homes in the development. The water and sewer line extensions will prepare the subdivision for future development. The full development will include up to 100 homes. The water and sewer expansion will also expand the customer base for Spindale and BRWA, increasing the resilience of both systems as well as providing more income to invest in future capital projects.
